What a proper inspection covers
A good inspection tells you what your roof needs now and what it will need in the next few years. We walk the roof (or use a drone where it is unsafe to walk), check every penetration and transition, and look at the attic side of the deck for signs of moisture or poor ventilation.
You get a photo report with what we found and what we recommend. There is no obligation to hire us for the work.
