When replacing beats repairing

When a roof is near the end of its life, or storm damage is spread across most of it, replacement usually costs less than chasing one leak after another. We remove the old roof down to the deck, replace any soft or damaged decking, and install a complete roofing system.

That system includes synthetic underlayment, leak barrier at valleys and penetrations, starter strips, shingles or metal panels, ridge caps, balanced ventilation and new flashing. Installing it as one matched system is what makes manufacturer warranty coverage possible.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most single-family homes are finished in one to two days, weather permitting. Larger or steeper roofs, and metal or tile systems, can take longer. We give you a schedule with your estimate.

Can you install new shingles over my old roof?

We recommend a full tear-off. It lets us inspect and repair the decking, avoids trapping old damage under the new roof, and is what most manufacturer warranties expect.

What is the best roofing material for hail and heat?

In hail-prone areas, Class 4 impact-resistant shingles are a strong value, and some insurers offer premium discounts for them. Metal costs more upfront but lasts longer and reflects heat. We price both options so you can compare.
